Grand Aras Hotel & Suites

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well-organized. The services provided were great and made our stay comfortable. Most importantly, the staff member Murad was extremely helpful and respectful. He was very professional , we really appreciated his support and kindness.

Grand Aras Hotel is a very cozy and comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping lady is very thorough in her work. Breakfast is good, with a nice variety to choose from. I would especially like to highlight the courtesy and professionalism of the reception team – particularly two employees, Ahmed and Rimi, who were always helpful and kind. Their warm attitude truly made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel is very bad. Every time we visit Istanbul, we book there, but their treatment is very bad. The one who comes at night in July, I think his name is Özdemer I don't know his name, maybe something like that, but he works late at night. But Murat and Ezkur are nice, and the worst thing is that they make us feel like the hotel belongs to them. They treat us badly and we visit them constantly. We are their customers, and we are supposed to earn respect thanks to our long reservations, but their behavior doesn't change. They all know us well, and they know that we come every year and stay for long days, even months, but they don't deserve it. I don't remember exactly what they say, but they say things like: "Why did you come if you didn't like the rooms?" They quickly clean and leave. The location is just good, even the reception and the building are old. We gave them chances, but why should we stay in a hotel that is treated like this?
