Very nice but some other "Explore the North" Hotels are a bit better, especially in terms of location for Auroras for example. Still very good hotel and good stay !
Lovely reception, staff, very friendly and helpful to talk to. Very nice hot chocolate, however the restaurant has an odd way of operating, you don’t order anything. They just bring you food…. not something I’m used to but that’s what travelling is about. Is it Not? thanks for all your help guys best of luck.
Service minded staff and a great location. But the restaurant needs improvement! Monday evening I ordered an assorted plate of grilled meats. It looked pre-fried rather than grilled, were cut into pieces and served at questionable temperatures. A few hours later my stomach "rejected" it all. Took two long days to recover. Hope a visit from hälsovårdsnämnden in Överkalix can push the service back on safe food management.
