Grand Armada Hotel

Is this place real? I am interested in booking but can not find a real image on google or anywhere. People say its a new building. Is this true? I would like to book but skeptical

I had a very bad experience at this hotel,staff was rude and room service was really bad.I would recommend this place for people who dont care about a nice room and good service

I arrived in Istanbul late at night for a business trip. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the apartment did not match the positive reviews. The bedsheets had clearly not been changed—there was body hair on them, which was extremely unpleasant. Worse, there was a constant noise coming from the bathroom, occurring every 5 seconds or so, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The sound insulation in the apartment was terrible, and the place was located right next to a busy bus lane, making the noise even worse at night. I had originally booked for 4 nights but decided to check out after the first night due to these issues. I asked for a refund for the remaining 3 nights, but the management refused. As a result, I had to book a new hotel at my own expense, and the money for the unused nights was simply lost. Shortly after I left, there was an earthquake. Honestly, after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll ever come back.
