It doesn't have a sea view, but it's one of the best hotels in Ordu for a family holiday.
Unfortunately the HOTEL is not that much it’s rooms, even the servers is not that good, plus reception staff they are not cooperates people, isn’t deserve 4 Stars. That’s my opinion anyway, I don’t recommend the hotel.☹️😒
The rooms were spotlessly clean! They pretended to be clean, but they were truly filthy. The breakfast was both bland and mediocre; even the colors were unappetizing. The most annoying part was that we weren't allowed to use the pool after checking out! We were told we could only use it if we paid extra. This was completely disgraceful and had nothing to do with customer satisfaction. Many of our acquaintances who live here raved about this hotel, but after our experience, we wouldn't recommend it, let alone even set foot in it again.
