Grand Base Kagoshima Tenmonkan

No one is face to face at all. Check-in and out are done through a tablet. The room design is very fashionable and spacious. It has a refrigerator, a washing machine, an air purifier, a microwave, and an induction cooker. The bath and toilet are separated. It is full of high-end feeling and the price is reasonable. It would be perfect if there is a parking lot.

Hotel was great, location was great, about a 5 minute walk from the tenmonkan. Loved the iPad check-in. Room was very modern and came with a laundry machine. Theres 2 floors and unfortunately they had no elevator so we had to carry a lot of suitcases up the stairs. If you are traveling here make sure your luggage is not too heavy! Additionally, when you try to contact the help desk they do not know English which was alittle troubling but we got everything worked out.

1 day I decided to go on a trip to Japan. But this one day I arrived to the hotel, The room was nice but it could have some improvements. They don't have house keeping until you leave, unfortunately. But overall the location is right next to alot of stores but not near a train station. I was glad to see that sakurajima was right next door to the hotel! Maybe just a 5 min walk and you will get a nice view
