I recently stayed here, and unfortunately, my experience was far from good. The quality of the room was disappointing, with evident damages throughout that made the stay uncomfortable. From chipped paint to faulty fixtures, the lack of maintenance was hard to overlook. The light fixtures make loud buzzing sounds and flickered frequently. I’m unable to upload a video of that on here otherwise I would. The hotel's level of accommodation was equally underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, and any requests for assistance were met with minimal effort and even hostility. Probably one of the most disappointing interactions I’ve had with a hotel manager. It felt like the manager was actively trying to make the stay less enjoyable. The lack of hospitality significantly impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's location left much to be desired. It was inconveniently far from key attractions and amenities, making it challenging to explore without extensive travel. There was one member of the staff at the front desk who did her best to offer assistance and she was great! The cleaning personnel also did a great job of keeping rooms clean and respected do not disturb signs. The main lobby of the hotel was nice. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. There are certainly better options available that offer quality rooms, attentive service, and a more strategic location. If I ran this business I would seriously reconsider the person managing this hotel, her demeanor was not what you would expect of a guest/customer facing role in any business. Closer to a 2 star than a 4 star.

There was a lot to like about this place. The rooms were nice, and we could open the window. The staff were nice. The problem? There are hidden fees. $30 a night for parking is ridiculous. $20 a night for facility fees or some crap like that. If you don’t mind fees that add up to an extra $50 a night, the hotel is good overall.

Huge sticker shock on fees which are never disclosed until arrival — add close to 50% to what you are paying per night... Given the fees — the cost per night and the room quality don’t match. You are over-paying and many options which will feel cleaner and more up to date are more affordable
