Grand Bayar Beach Hotel All Inclusive

Great views, great location and price with friendly staff, comes with Turkish bath and massage. I recommend to who's looking for relaxing holiday. Those who like activities, there's planty of them near by..

This hotel have high level of hygiene,they clean a rooms every day and change a towels and bed sheets, rooms are nice most of them is with views to the sea. In front of hotel is nice swimming pool and pool bar where you have a all domestic drinks (alkoholic and no alkoholic), bringing drinks to the beach is not allowed. Food is good, you can not stay hungry if some thinks you do not like always there are some food which you can eat. Beach is near 30meters from hotel but there is one bad side-UMBRELLAS and SUNBEDS are BED, they are old and broken, sunbeds DO NOT have a mattresses and it is not comfortable for laying down. Also there is no enough unbrellas and sunbeds for all guests. Becouse of that we use a sunbeds in front of the hotel and swimming pool which a excellent. Employees are bed with English but on some other ways you can get all informations 😉.

Overall, very awful experience. The hotel is dirty, rooms are never cleaned, AC is weak, wifi is not available anywhere, the room does not have any safe place to store your belongings, not to mention that you can be easily stuck in an elevator. The staff is very rude, as long as you paid for the rooms, they do not care about you anymore, do not expect for their help nor care. Seems like they have never heard about customer service. Also, rooms DONT HAVE HOT WATER whatsoever, not even warm water, which I find is necessary after swimming in salty water. Every single day had to beg staff for a little bit of warm water just to take a shower, and it was pointless. On the third day of my stay, I simply gave up and had to accept the cold shower for the rest of my stay. Only after the stay, I found tons of negative reviews about this hotel. Dont recommend staying at any of their properties!
