Very nice hotel. Large rooms. Clean pool. Hood breakfast. And cold beers available at pool. Good location.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely pool and bar area. Good location, about 3 blocks from Pub Street. Cheap laundry service across the street. Several spas nearby.

Very noisy, zero soundproofing. Poor placement of the central pool, amplifying the noise even further. Gangs of youth congregating on the building site next to the hotel on the weekend and being loud, setting fires so you can smell the toxic smoke in the rooms. Nobody bothering to enforce some noise rules - lost a nights sleep due to the room above being very noisy, constantly moving chairs and furniture and kids screaming at 3am. No hand towels, only bath towels provided (unless you ask). Some electric sockets not working. Hair dryer didn’t work, had to call in reception who brought a special electric adapter to make it somehow work (faulty/wobbly socket). Hookers on scooters right in front of the hotel entrance in the evenings. The aircon doesn’t seem to be working or working efficiently, struggles to cool down the room and constantly on at max power. Shower water pressure very low, water mixer faulty so can’t adjust the water temperature properly. The breakfast selection was somewhat disappointing as well, although the taste of the fried rice and omelette was good. Could continue… The only positive are the staff which are helpful and trying to help. My tour operator (a famous big worldwide agency) will be hearing about this as well. I know it’s Cambodia, but I’m think this is bad even for local standards.
