There were a lot of thing that should not happen in a decent hotel that happened here 1. The room Toilet was leaking water, one of the electric sockets short the electric circuit when touched and shut off the light for some reason, the fridge is barely working, if you need toilet paper you have to go find it yourself because its not being refilled, the towels were changed one time in a week and only for 2 out of 3 people living in the room. The cherry on top was a cockroach on my leg at the last day of stay. 2. The staff Staff doesnt speak english and are being extremely rude. Not sure if this happens if you are turkish but as a foreigner in this hotel I felt like a lower class citizen. For some reason they even had a problem with us sitting at the reception, but as they dont speak a word of english they would just wave their hands at us to leave and not explain anything. 3. Food and drinks The first and most important thing is NOT TO DRINK WATER FROM THE WATER FOUNTAIN in the lunch room because they fill it with tap water which does not meet drinking water standarts. Not taking into account the water that is not meant for human consumption the breakfast was not bad, but as the menu doesnt change it gets stale quite fast. Sometimes they didnt have some of the foods and even such simple things like milk for cereal. The plates were dirty sometimes and the cutlery is plastic. We also had ordered lunch and dinner for the whole week of stay and it was pathetic. A sandwitch with the cheapest sausage and a few slices of tomato should not count as lunch. Most of the food in lunch and dinner time was bread and if the meal wasnt a sandwitch it was either undercooked rice with some oily vegetables or chicken or pasta with yoghurt and some oily vegetables. 4. Pool Us as foreigners were not allowed to use the pool all the time as other guests and were kicked out a few times. The pool was always cold and the jacuzzi does not exist. In summary, I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel if possible.
I've traveled a lot and slept in many hotels. This one is the worst ever, run away. They use air condition for mining Bitcoin in the basement of the building. The Wifi internet quality is the most terrible I have experienced since 1992, I highly suspect them also of wasting the internet bandwidth with mining Bitcoin. If you're coming for a long trip, be prepared to not have anything replaced or cleant by the staff in your room, i had to ask 3 times to finally have toilet paper roll... And i had to carry it myself from the reception. The food is garbage, breakfast is not that bad but the staff is serving you and giving you minimum quantity (i doubt i could survive if I was not going to eat more outside...). If you like paparazzi, be prepared to be photographed by the hotel owner without your consent in swimming suit. About the pool, it's sometimes dirty and Sauna is not working properly. I have friends who had to shower in my room because their own was not working and it took a disrespectful amount of time to get fixed. The cherry on the pie is that the reception doesn't even speak English and they use cheap labor Syrian refugees to clean around. Everything is made to save money and put their clients in total discomfort.
There was bad smell in beds The staff are very rude, I don't recommend this otel to any one ,and if you are already booked, be careful from economic room term
