Grand Bohemian Charlotte Autograph Collection

The Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte is a beautiful and stylish spot in Uptown. I was upgraded to a spacious suite on the 12th floor with great views and thoughtful welcome amenities. The concierge was wonderful and friendly. When I was having an issue figuring out the elevator, a member of the cleaning staff was also extremely kind and helped me out. The 12th floor required a key card for access, which made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. The room itself was amazing. Very clean, very well-thought out and super stylish. I loved the soaking tub especially. As a 5'8 woman, I was able to soak with the water fully covering me. Tall girl approved! They even had a little package of bath salts for me to use. The valet was great as well. I was given a QR code to scan and call for my car. Will from the valet was awesome and held my bags by the desk so that I could grab a coffee from the in-house Starbucks before I got in the car. Only downside of the whole stay: I could hear the uncommonly loud cars that drove by at night even from a higher floor.

Stunning and unique hotel that exceeded our every expectation. The service and hospitality were impeccable, the rooms are beautifully appointed, and the location is perfect for walkability. The amenities and features of the room were luxurious, from the comfortable bed and pillows, to the huge, walk-in shower, to the bathrobes and extras, to the gorgeous artwork. Every detail made the stay feel special and high-end. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Charlotte.

The Grand Bohemian was an interesting hotel . It's made awkwardly and elevator navigated by host to some of its onsite areas. David Crossley and his staff are by far stellar at handling the intake of cars and customers to the hotel. They were very polite, professional, and helpful with our bags, etc. That is a very nice way to enter the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated as per usual.
