Great location—super convenient to D'Mall, the beachfront, and nearby stores! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of dishes.

We stayed here last week (May 22-24). 1. Staff are courteous and accommodating. 2. They provide a beach towel (for free) at the reception if you need it. Helpful if you’re going to the beach. They can also change your room towels everyday upon request. 3. Location is quiet and very convenient. There’s a shortcut going to dmall and the beach. 4. Buffet breakfast has everything you need: coffee, bread, soup of the day, rice/fried rice, and ulam. Really couldn’t complain. 5. Room is decent with clean restroom (working heater) and complete standard toiletries. Overall, glad we stayed here and will choose to book here again in the future.

This hotel is run-down. Some rooms and 2 buildings are in need of repairs or, in the case of the buildings, needed to be finished. It looks like construction has been abandoned. The hotel is not clean. Some floors needed to be mopped. The dining hall restroom stinks so much that I can not use it. I asked one of the service people there, and he said it would be cleaned later. Their beach towels are old and thinning. The bath towels are old, thinning, and stained. The hallway in our hotel room is always turned off. The swimming pool needed cleaning. The path to the D'Mall looks like a scary jungle path. The receptionist was not very friendly. The hotel kind of stinks in different places. The breakfast buffet is ordinary. It looks and tastes like hospital food. They have some brewed coffee, and they have 3 in 1 coffee, but they did not provide any hot water. Too many cats are all over the dining hall. place is in desperate need of good landscaping. There are so many areas where dead leaves and branches are just piled up. I think this should be a 2-star hotel and not the 3.4 stars they are advertising. Terrible. Stay at your own risk.
