Grand Boutique Hotel

Stunning interior full of crafted details guarantees to make you feel like a member of the bourgeoisie. There is a beautiful bar in the lobby, which I unfortunately didn't have the time to enjoy. Rooms are spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was good. The staff was really nice and polite. Free parking in front of the hotel and a walking distance from the city centre. My only complaint is that two evenings in a row we had to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to open the front yard gate. 5-10 mins. feel like a lot when you're exhausted from walking in the hot weather. Everything else was great - loved the place.

I stayed here in October 2024. Upon entry, I was impressed immediately with not only the atmosphere, but the friendly and welcoming service. Oana and Alex deserve an award for their customer service. They were knowledgeable and informative. A big mulţumesc to both of them. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Boutique Hotel and I recommend it. Ask for Oana or Alex if they are available.

Not quite as nice as I remembered it being on past visits. It remains an exceptionally beautiful place, but some of the services are lacking. Our basic double room was quite small and very hot when we arrived, as the AC is turned off when there is no one in the room (the room card is required for the in-room electricity to run), and there is no AC in the common areas upstairs. I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel in the middle of a heat wave. In addition, the shower very easily drips on the floor. On the flip side, the night-shift receptionist was very helpful and brought us towels despite the late hour to mop up the puddle. Otherwise, it remains a nice and comfortable hotel.
