Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru

Ambient & Facilities : Hotel Strategis yang terletak ditengah kota. Tersedia Infinity pool, Gym, Bar area. Services : All staff is friendly except the receptionist (I can't hear the friendly vibes like other staff) please improve the service. Also some of staff around the restaurant, its would be better if they didn't glance too many at customer whenever customer wanna eat more cause is all you can eat dish. Food : All good. But i dont like the anykind of bread & cake taste, i bet is not their specialty cause the texture isn't pluffy like usual bread or cake. For the omelets i think you should had SOP for it cause whenever the female chef make the omelets became small rather than the male chef. For the rest food is good Charge : Untuk harga per-kamar sendiri standar hotel di Pekanbaru. Parkir sangat luas. Jika membawa kendaraan sendiri untuk staycation, jangan lupa melaporkan kepada resepsionis karena jika tidak akan dikenakan charge per-jam (seperti di mall).

The grand ballroom looks ok but the seat covers are stained,air con on the ballroom wing are not turned on when I went so it's somewhat damp. The lobby is quite small and reception is like a bank teller desk,the hotel could benefit with better signing so it won't be so disorienting,and the escalator are turned off,but on the brightside the staff are quite friendly.

Only fraud Our agency suffer a hacker attack gor over 6000usd. They know the fraud and they did not anything. It looks like they Made the fraud and not answered any email
