Far from the grocery store, but able to reach Deli Park 500m and Centre Point within 700m with walking. Overall satisfied except the bong bong bong sound. Make me excited during night time. Sounds proofing need to be concerned ya.

I recently stayed at this hotel with both elderly family members and children, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. Our room was spacious, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a strategic area with easy access to nearby attractions. However, parking spaces were limited, especially given the size of the hotel. The room itself was comfortable with a cozy bed and soft pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing us to rest without being disturbed by any external light. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities like karaoke, a nightclub, and restaurants, adding entertainment options for guests. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The hotel may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise. The frequent sound of train horns was quite loud and disruptive, especially during the night. Additionally, the bass from the KTV and club upstairs could be heard clearly in our room, which might be bothersome to light sleepers or families with young children. Another downside was the condition of the room. Some walls were noticeably dirty, and the bathroom furniture was broken, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, it's a great place for those looking for convenience and comfort, but if you're sensitive to noise or concerned about maintenance, this might not be the best choice.

I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. 1. they have club (15-16th floor) and Karaoke area (11-12th floor) which opens every day from 8pm to 3am. we stayed on 6th floor and we can hear the buzz in our room. 2. behind the mirror in our room, they have a compartment for outdoor AC machine. We can slide the mirror and open a compartment which was very dusty. They have 3 big outdoor AC machine. The sound of it is disturbing at night 3. because of the layout of the compartment for outdoor AC Machine, we can hear cars and motor bikes, even people laughing to our room. Because of these problems, I asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights ( I booked for 3 nights ). But the hotel management said that they have a non refundable policy. I stayed here with my mom (she is 59 yo) and we had no choice to book our stay at another hotel. Hope none of you experience this.
