This hotel is definitely at the top of greatest hotels in the world. 5 star location. The hotel's main priority is safety for all guests. The location is great and extremely clean with great staff. The transportation provided at a decent cost for airport services and daily excursions is great, safe, reliable and executive. The guest services is above and beyond providing insights to the city tourism. I cannot see myself traveling to Turkey and not staying at this location. The hotel is surrounded by good coffee and bakery, restaurants, police and hospital establishments. TOP HOTEL at GREAT PRICES

Very large hotel, ideal for business stays and conferences. The room was extremely spacious, with a tasteful blend of classic and modern furniture. It was well equipped with a huge TV, perfectly working air conditioning, a well-stocked minibar and power outlets with USB ports conveniently located by the bed. The bathroom was also large, featuring a very spacious shower and a full set of toiletries. The food was decent, but the main downside was communication: the restaurant staff spoke very little English, which made it quite difficult to communicate at times. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone looking for a well-organized and comfortable place to stay.

Grand Cevahir Hotel is beautiful and the service was great. Our room was too small for three people, I was expecting something a little bit bigger but it was okay. Towels look old which is not good for a 5 starts hotel and the shower area was not extremely clean as expected. Breakfast was excellent with a variaty of food for different choices and plenty in amount. Housekeeping staff was really nice and they were very attentive to have everything in place for covering our needs. The person receiving us in the breakfast buffet also was very nice and comprenhensive. One thing they should improve is that the majority of the staff does not speak English. We could not enjoy the facilities because they are under rebuilding or something like that. Overall it was a good experience, location was a plus because there are a lot of places to have good food or buy groceries if you want to. Also so close from the Cevahir Mall which is beautiful and big!
