The hotel has a perfect location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the gym and steam room facilities were great. However, we did have a few issues with the room itself — the TV was broken, there was no fridge, and there were EXPOSED electrical cables on the wall, which was a bit concerning…. For a 4-star hotel, we expected better. Overall, a good stay, but the room maintenance could definitely be improved.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was far from clean – the floor, especially under the bed, clearly hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner in ages. Dust and dirt were everywhere. It was also incredibly noisy, with constant street noise and poor sound insulation between rooms. The price is definitely too high for the standard of this hotel – it’s much more of a 2 or 3-star experience, not 4 stars. The only positive was the location – it’s central and close to many attractions. Without that, my rating would be even lower. Overall, a real letdown.
This hotel is not worth the money. There was no fridge in the room at all, and it was very noisy because of a nightclub right across the street. For this price, you can definitely find a much better place to stay.
