Grand Complex at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

Rooms are much higher quality than a typical beach hotel. The resort is walkable, but somewhat spread out. Overall a great vacation spot!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I rented a condo last weekend and never received information about the condo unit or access information. So there I was stuck with my kids late at night trying to access a condo I rented without any information. I booked through Chase Travel so they tried to assist me but the condo owner LIED saying they email me, then lied saying they texted me then lied again saying they called me. I received nothing and was stranded with my two babies without access to the condo I paid for but could not stay in. Eventually I had to find somewhere for us to stay so I paid for another room at a hotel. The owner is refusing to refund me. I think her name is Abby. Bottom line do not stay at the Grand Sandestin by SVR, it cannot be trusted!!

These people are thieves and terrible customer service. They don’t care to saying customer. It’s all about money with them. They will not accommodate you even if your life depends on it. I highly recommend you get another place from here. Do not rent the room 2317. The owners do not care about anyone but themselves. It’s not worth your money. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 They also gonna charge you $10 a day to park there. Food is super expensive at this hotel. I’m telling you this place is a robbery
