Had a great stay at Grand Continent Goa in Anjuna! The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Lester and his team, along with Tabraj Ali, for their excellent service and attention to detail. The kitchen service was also impressive—delicious food and prompt delivery. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
Beautiful Resort with Spacious Rooms and Amazing Service! We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect getaway spot. The overall resort ambiance was lovely and relaxing. During our visit last year, the restaurant was still under development. However, the breakfast provided was good, and the meals we ordered during our stay were delicious. One minor inconvenience was a water supply cut that happened twice during our 3-day stay. Thankfully, the issue was promptly resolved within 15-20 minutes both times, which shows their responsive service. A heads-up for travelers: the resort is quite far from the airport, but it is conveniently close to the beach, about a 30-40 minute walk, which we enjoyed. A special mention to Dipanshu and Mrinmoy, who ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Overall, it’s a fun and relaxing place to stay, and with a few improvements, it can easily be a 5-star experience!
Worst experience ever. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had electric shock issue. Faced so much inconvenience due to this as we had small kid with us. Without switching on the device we could feel the current. Seemed like earthing issue. Had to change hotel in single day itself despite of booking it for 2 days. Had to face so much of unnecessary stress. Midnight of 2am we were compelled to leave the room and were so stressed as we could not book another hotel. We had reported this issue in evening around 7pm and eventually it took them 7 hours to realize that we need to be shifted and electric shock was fatal. Careless and money minded management desperate to cover up their faults
