From the moment I checked in, Arnab at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail set the tone for the rest of my stay. Santosh, who was always available to assist with any queries or requests, was another standout. His prompt and helpful service added so much to my overall comfort. The housekeeping team, especially Mohit, did an impeccable job of keeping the room spotless and ensuring that everything was in perfect condition. His warm and attentive service made it clear that he truly cares about the guests' experience. As for the dining experience, Chef Asif deserves special mention. The meals were nothing short of delicious, with each dish expertly prepared and full of flavor. His culinary skills made dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure. Overall, the combined efforts of Arnab, Santosh, Mohit, and Chef Asif created an exceptional stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere coupled with top-notch service!

Good customer service. Staff were polite and very accommodating to fulfil all my requirements. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was good. 7-8 km from the airport. I strongly recommend it for people who prefer transit or a short, quick city escape.
