Our stay at Grand Duka Hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, even taking our suitcases from the car park to our room. Erno at reception went above and beyond, explaining everything about the hotel in detail and giving excellent tips for exploring the city. The cleaning ladies kept our room spotless every day, always on time. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the secure car park was a big plus that gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommended!
We found the staff to be utterly charming, friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable with good light insulation. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Within the immediate environs there was a money exchange, bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket. Excellent if you like us we're on a tour. It was however the staff that made the difference from other hotels on our trip.
