The hotel was great everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Many pools available. The slides are amazing. There’s a ladies private outdoor swimming pool, the lady In charge is so nice and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy with many choices. Dinner was also excellent and delicious. I highly recommend it
We have been there for day use during our Jordan trip and had lunch at the main restaurant. Food was amazing and we could try traditional food. Special thank you to 2 local females Chefs. I forgot the name but they were amazing, friendly and professional and told a lot about local food and cuisine. Best regards from Ukraine
First of all, the reception was not helpful at all. The room was extremely dirty there was nail polish on the headboard, and everything from the bed, bathroom, TV, walls, and even the windows was unclean. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at provided toothbrushes, but this one didn’t. The fridge also didn’t keep our food and drinks cold. Cleanliness was a 0/5. That said, the overall customer service was excellent, a true 4/5. Staff members were friendly, accommodating, and willing to help whenever needed. Special thanks to Rami, who was especially kind, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism and warm attitude were a highlight of our stay.
