Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam

Have a break here during the long weekend, booked a suit room for my family. Room is spacious though housekeeping need a little improvement. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Especially the my BBQ dinner experience, Andi, Imam, Risking and Borneo, their extra miles services greatly appreciated. They ensure we are comfortable, often check on us for any service needed. Keeping our table clean. Their spa body package is very good. My body well pampered. Haha ..

Had a really pleasant experience staying at Hotel Grand Eska. The first thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were from check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, polite, and always ready to assist with anything. It really made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Location-wise, it's quite strategic—close to shops, cafes, and massage spots, but still quiet enough for a good rest.. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely come back.
