I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, making the hospitality truly commendable. They ensured that every aspect of the stay was comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to the All Seasons Restaurant – the food was absolutely delicious. The authentic dishes stood out with their rich flavors and perfect presentation. The restaurant staff were equally impressive – very responsive, attentive, and professional, which enhanced the overall dining experience. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service, warm hospitality, and amazing food. Highly recommended!
We held our Silver Jubilee Dinner event on 26th July at Grand Estancia Crystal Ball Banquet Hall. On behalf of the GCE Salem 2000 Batch, I extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Kavitha and Mr. Ramkumar and the entire Estancia Hotel and Banquet team at Grand Estancia for their exceptional service and support. The event dinner was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience was handled with remarkable smoothness and professionalism. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, making everyone feel truly welcome. Our batchmates, who travelled from across the globe for the Silver Jubilee celebration, thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the event, the dinner, and the breakfast service. A special note of appreciation to Ms. Shalini, Mr.Thiru, Ms. Nityasri and Ms. Sandhya for their dedicated assistance throughout. They provide a very warm welcome in under the hotel starting from the security at the door till the receptionist. The room was big enough with the size but. To comfortable chairs, and also there is a separate chair for working The lighting of the room was a bit issue where it was not so bright if you’re not opening the Window curtains They do have a swimming pool and spa. The breakfast was tasty and there were multiple varieties of items too.
