Great hotel in the middle of the town of Szczecin, staff was great and the food was very very good! If you’re in Szczecin or nearby come to this hotel - you will never forget the experience!
Hotel is great, with great facilities, location good breakfast, sauna and parking. Rooms are good quality. The thing which let it down for me was staying in a room for 3 nights and not once did the house keeping clean my room this seems strange to me for a hotel.
Every my visit it gets worse. My first time (private trip) was 5 stars. Cleaning personnel touch or even throw away your things, "check" the fridge while you are away. Fridges do not cool at all, btw. Attitude of some receptionists also leaves much to be desired.
