Liked Modern business hotel with all the essential amenities Well-equipped, contemporary room with everything needed for a comfortable stay Comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Nice breakfast choice including both Thai and international dishes, as well as local favorite Large car park Friendly, helpful, and efficient reception staff. Competitive room rate Disliked The room and hallway had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. The air conditioning was quite loud, which might disturb light sleepers
Had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of parking spaces. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!”
It was a nice and comfortable stay until breakfast. I came down at 10.00am to have my breakfast which serves from 6.00-10.30am. I know and understand that it was near towards closing time for them so lack of some food in their food counter were very much understandable. Food were decent and some even tasted very nice. I sat and finished my main dish and got up to get some desert. That’s where it all began. By that time it was 10.33am and there were still 4-5 tables still eating. The staffs came out to retrieve the buffet line back into kitchen which is totally fine for me because they started from the savory dishes as i was on my way to the dessert line and it was already passed their serving hours. One staff (a rather large male age around early 20s) walked up to the “Patongko” (thai fried dough) and took one by his bare hand from each separated plate (each plate had 2) and dip it in the “main” condensed milk bowl which normally people would use the provided spoon to put the milk on their plate. But this staff dipped the patongko into that bowl with his bare hand and put it in his mouth. He turned and saw that i saw everything. Instead of apologizing or anything else. With him still chewing on the stolen guest’s patongko with his mouth open, he starred back at me without any sense of shame as if he do not think that it was wrong. As another elder female employee came out and saw him still chewing she laughed with joy and kid with him about eating so much. What a shameful and lack of training for the staffs this hotel has. Would totally recommend this hotel before that horrible experience. One star for the service is still too much for this disgusting behavior.
