Grand Geneva Resort & Spa

I could not be happier with my stay at Grand Geneva Resort. We had a company event there for two nights and it was fantastic. The resort/room were clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Especially in the shop. Aileen and Elizabeth went out of their way to help. I forgot somethings for my trip and they took the time to help me find everything I needed to make my stay for comfortable. I cannot wait to come back with my family.

Just got back from a long weekend for my 35 wedding anniversary. We were very impressed with the service everywhere we went in the resort. We ate lunch at The Links bar and had great food and service. We were very happy with our dinner that evening at the Chop House. The Lobster/Crab mac and cheese and our steaks were delicious! We had excellent service sitting in the lobby bar after dinner and listening to live music. Dawn was our amazing server the next night at the Grand Cafe where we loved our burgers and chicken sandwiches. We finished our weekend at The Chop House Champagne Brunch and again had amazing food and service. My husband used the Spa/Fitness Center and was impressed with all they had to offer. The only downside was having to carry our luggage to our room with no elevator and no offered assistance from the resort. The staff at the pool was great but as a pool owner myself I did not feel like the pool was very clean. Also the bathrooms are too far away for people using the pool. Overall it was a great experience and I would return.

Beautiful resort that has been renovated and maintained. Front desk service & bell/valet are professional and welcoming. The grounds are stunning. Housekeeping & maintenance take good care of the property. Areas of improvement: no microwaves in rooms, stairs are difficult with heavy luggage, food in restaurants has been sub-par, and service in restaurants has been unprofessional/unfriendly/inexperienced. I've had 3 meals in 3 restaurants, room service and food from the coffee shop. Not a single positive experience at any of them. I'm shocked. I was in a hurry and ordered room service. I ordered macaroni and cheese. This is Wisconsin and they served Kraft macaroni and cheese. Disgusting. It wasn't even fresh. It had been microwaved and was lukewarm by the time they brought it to my room. And it was expensive! Inedible, really. Shocking. I ordered a burger without onions at a restaurant and it was piled high with more onions then I've ever seen on a burger! But they tried to hide the onion under cheese. Not even good cheese. In Wisconsin! I don't know what's going on with the food here.
