I ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly due to a delayed flight, and what could have been a stressful night turned into one of the most comforting experiences I’ve had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with genuine kindness and care. The level of hospitality was simply outstanding. The rooms were far beyond amazing impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for real rest. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hotel manager. He personally checked in on us and, despite dinner not being included in our booking, he kindly offered us a complimentary meal. That gesture of generosity meant so much after a long and exhausting travel day. We were very, very grateful. I would completely — without a doubt — recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Whether you’re just passing through or planning a longer visit, this hotel truly knows how to take care of its guests. We spent a day at the hotel and we had a nice stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Frat, the owner, personally greeted us and arranged our airport transfer, which was a huge help. Oza made sure our ride back to the airport was smooth as well. The room was spotless, and the bathroom looked newly renovated—very modern and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The hotel is in a clean area, close to a mall and lots of food choices within walking distance. Great location and even better service.

This property is located very close to the market and the surrounding area has great eateries and shopping malls and facilities. They picked us from the airport. One way either pickup or drop was can be included in booking. The best is to choose pickup. The drop off charge is costly. You can easily get a cab form the front of the hotel for 400 lira to the airport. The staff spoke English and were trained well. The breakfast was ok.
