Grand Hi Lai Hotel

Stayed here for three nights, hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Room was very comfortable with stunning views of Kaohsiung on the 38th floor. The bathroom had lovely big bath. The only issue which took away from the room was the noise of lifts as our room was next to them, in the bathroom it sounded like a plane flying high above.

We stayed in the deluxe suite for a night. I was absolutely pampered and relaxed. Upon arrival, we went to 40th fl to check in. The manager was professional and efficient. Very polite and nice. The room was spotless, classic and anything you need it was there. I could just walk in with my changing clothes and I would be fine. It was like a home. Bed was mid firm. Fluffy pillow. Good shower water pressure (wet/dry).

Really good service from every single staff. Service is 10/10. Location wise, quite conveniently located near the LRT, and a short walk away from Central Park station. Rooms were spacious but sound proofing could be improved.. could hear the couple next door fighting and walking around. Facilities were really nice especially the sauna
