Grand Hilarium Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I do recommend, the hotel's location was also perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The staff were incredibly welcoming and specially the exceptional service provided by Talha he went above and beyond to ensure that our staying was enjoyable, offering thoughtful recommendations and taking care of every detail with a genuine smile.

Our heating is not working, the room is very cold. The window does not close well and cold air and noise from the street enter through it. The bathroom is in a very bad condition, the shower cabin has broken doors, the hygiene is very bad. There is no television. Everything is in very bad condition. The duvets and pillows smell of cigarette smoke. Very disappointing. I do not recommend to anyone.

Very bad service, rooms with windows with problems closing, you could see through the cracks in the windows, terrible bathroom, with mold, the wood of the door full of moisture, I found hair in the food in the small de jun, the women in the kitchen were walking around with exposed hair, all the plumbing is substandard, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom sink was half broken and covered with a dishwashing sponge.
