Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better—just a short and easy walk into the heart of town, with stunning views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius that make every morning and evening special. The scenery alone makes this place worth visiting. Max was incredibly helpful in organizing our excursions, ensuring that all of the planning was smooth and worry-free. His assistance made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. The front desk staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spectacular and meticulously maintained. As someone in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciated the high standards of service and the attention to detail. Every aspect of the property exudes excellence, from the spotless rooms to the welcoming atmosphere. Starting each day with the breakfast buffet was a highlight-delicious, varied, and a perfect way to fuel up for our adventures. The on-site restaurant for lunch was great, but dinner was truly exceptional. Watching the sunset from the restaurant with a drink in hand was an unforgettable experience—something I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting.

From the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded in every way. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, with stunning views and elegant décor that captures the charm of the Amalfi Coast. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. What truly set our experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and genuinely pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Giancarlo—meeting him was an absolute pleasure. His warmth, sense of humor, attentiveness, and local knowledge made our stay extra memorable. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can't recommend the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori enough. If you're visiting Sorrento, this is the place to stay. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Absolutely amazing hotel! My wife and I have traveled all over the world and I have to say this has been the nicest hotel by far that we have ever stayed in. The service is impeccable. The rooms are absolutely breathtaking and they treat you like royalty. We can’t say enough about this place next time we visit Sorrento we will definitely be staying here. Kudos to all the staff members A++++!
