Very nice, relaxed, helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Bus stop outside hotel to airport. Download 9292 app to buy tickets for travel on buses, trams and trains. Tennis center and bowling alley next to hotel. NTC tennis center food very good. Staff team, very helpful and friendly. Do anything to support your stay. Thank you, we would definitely stay again.

Great location — just a 12-14 minute drive from the RAI parking in Amsterdam. The hotel has free parking, which is a big plus. Rooms are spacious and bright, with new furniture. The bed is comfortable. However, breakfast was a disaster. The whole process urgently needs improvement — food kept running out, there were no free tables, and the staff looked completely overwhelmed. I haven’t seen such chaos at breakfast in a long time.

The best thing about this place is the bedrooms are very clean. I was impressed with how clean it was However. The breakfast is AWFUL. Very limited range of food, the hot food they do have was cold, the breakfast staff are so miserable! There was ants around the fruit and jams and juices. They are not allergy aware AT ALL which is a huge red flag as there is so much importance around allergies these days. The location of it is also not ideal - the tram is a 10 minute walk but you have to change a few times to get into the centre of amsterdam. Overall it was ok but i wouldn’t recommend and i wouldnt return
