Grand Hotel Arenzano

The hotel staff was outstanding. A sincere thank you to Alexandra and Anna who helped us with last minute requests including getting our shirts pressed two hours before our departure!!! It’s getting difficult to find this level of service and a personal touch in even much more expensive hotels. Grazie

Lovely view from balcony! Helpful staff! They got us an early morning hotel and a bagged breakfast because we were missing our complimentary meal. Hotel is regal and clean, loved the terrace up top and the meal with had at the restaurant. It’s a great place to stay outside of Genova to soak up the Italian Riviera

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Hotel Arenzano! What stood out the most was the exceptional cleanliness — the rooms were always spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. We left our French bulldog in the room during the day, and the staff treated him wonderfully — he felt calm and safe. Yes, the hotel interior isn’t brand new, but it’s very well kept and extremely clean, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is great, and the hotel has its own private beach — and the sea is incredibly clean, swimming there was a true pleasure! I really appreciated the free shuttle service that took us from the restaurant to the beach and back. On the beach, you could choose from two complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. To be honest, the food at the restaurant wasn’t to my taste, but they didn’t charge us for it, which we found very fair and respectful. Also, the valet parking service is extremely convenient — hotel staff take your car and park it near the building, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself. Overall — a fantastic place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
