Beautiful sea view! Location is great! Hotel staff kind and polite. Everything was perfect!
Great location and good service. Maintenance insufficient and equipment not up-to-date. Breakfast quality not on expected quality level.
1. Room temperature are not adjustable. 2. Heater in Toilet is not working. 3. Phone is not working too. Anything you need must go down to reception by yourself. 4. No tissue & floor mat in the bathroom, the floor are Mable and so slippery. 5. It’s ok to not provide coffee & tea bag in the room. Asking kettle at 6pm, 9pm then mentioned they do not have free one to provide while we ask for second time. Such a hotel claim themselves as 4* hotel????? It’s a NO NO choice of hotel.
