My partner and I had the most wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico. We stopped by just for breakfast, and despite not being guests, we were welcomed with open arms. The service was impeccable, and the staff truly embodied the spirit of a 5-star hotel. It was a refreshing and delightful start to our day.
Superb hotel! Incredible service! Great location! Well priced rooms! We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was a great part of that enjoyment. The food was absolutely fantastic at the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was grand!
Extremely satisfied with this hotel and the staff. Shoutout to Miguel that checked us in as soon as we arrived from the airport and it was such a relief as we were really tired and it was 7 o clock in the morning. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and every details deserves a 5 star label. The breakfast is a buffet style and has so many options, including smoked salmon, fresh juices, champagne, fresh fruits, cheeses,etc. I would happily stay here again on the next trip to this beautiful island. We had dinner one night at the Balcony hotel and it was exquisite. No request was ever too much for the staff at this hotel. Such a great experience! Well done!
