Grand Hotel Bansko

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, and I must give special thanks to Rumen, the restaurant manager. His professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Every meal was perfectly organized, and his personal touch elevated the entire dining experience. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuinely passionate about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Rumen – you made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights, booking a one-bedroom apartment with the all-inclusive package. • Facilities 🌟🌟🌟: The hotel is overall a bit dated, with visible wear and some damage to the furnishings. There are many stairs throughout the property, which may be inconvenient for guests traveling with infants. • Spa & Pool 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟: Spacious, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The paid massage services are reasonably priced and the therapists are highly professional—a definite highlight of our stay. • Food 🌟🌟🌟🌟: The food was fairly standard in taste, with limited variety, but there were always different main dishes available each day, providing some level of diversity. • Service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟: All of the staff members were extremely friendly and courteous, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. • Cleanliness 🌟🌟: We received two towels that appeared unused but were visibly dirty. Although the staff replaced them promptly upon our request, it was still concerning. The baby high chairs in the restaurant were consistently unclean, and the presence of many flies around the buffet area raised serious hygiene concerns, especially considering the food is left out for long periods. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, we were very satisfied with our stay. Given the price we paid and what was included, the value for money was excellent. We had a lovely time.

This hotel is an abomination of human rights! The mafia destroyed the bus station to build a SPA for the hotel. If you have any dignity don’t stay in this facility!
