We had an incredible stay - we definitely did not want to leave. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, accommodating, and so welcoming. Service was absolutely top notch from check in, bell boys, shuttle service, restaurants, breakfast service - everyone we encountered was amazing and some of the best service we experienced during our travels. Rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The property is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. They had a free shuttle service which was very convenient especially going to and from the tram station. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
The location is amazing. Some of the most beautiful views right outside of your room.The hotel itself is beautiful. The smell of fresh natural pine as soon as you enter. The rooms include the smallest of details that make your stay feel like you are at home. And the staff is so diverse, from all over the world, making every interaction unique and they are all so friendly.
Wow what an amazing place to stay. The views from the lounge/breakfast room are stunning. Staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was v comfortable and had a lovely smell of wood. Lovely to relax in the pool and sauna after a long day hiking
