Great food, very friendly and easy going
Very disappointed with the hotel. The first thing, this hotel is not a 5 start hotel. The management changed years ago, and now, you can see that no one is taking care of the hotel. It can be a 3 start hotel, but no more. The only two positive things that we found are the location and the animation staff. Only… The rooms are small without plugs, the cleaning service doesn’t exist, the breakfast is ridiculous, the menu for the lunch and dinner is old fashion… And the worse is the behavior of part of the staff. It’s difficult to find a staff with a smile in the face. And the don’t have enough cristal glasses for all guests! Gin tonics in a plastic glass in a 5 start hotel? Also, I don’t understand the reviews that you can find in GMB. It seems that no one has actually been to the hotel…
The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all. The cleaning ladies did not change the towels on the next day after our arriving, moreover they mixed up our old ones. There are not enough sockets in the room. There is no light on the ceiling. Lampshade lamp did not work. Button to wash toilet did not work as it should be normally.
