We have stayed here twice, in both 2020 and a few weeks ago. We love this beautiful hotel, the location with surrounding mountains and was especially beautiful during the Fall. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast and food in the restaurant is excellent. The service has always been a hit or miss, mostly great from the front desk and restaurant, with the exception of one or two people. One of the males at the front desk was very helpful with information on easy hikes around the hotel etc, and the male in the spa (unfortunately forgot both their names) was kind.

The hotel is nice, we booked a junior suite and the room was spacious - large shower and plenty of space for 2 people with luggage. The bed was rock hard and that's not to our liking (we didn't sleep well), if you prefer a softer bed i would suggest having an extra layer to be able to sleep on. The air con in the room really didnt appear to make any difference at all. The breakfast is excellent, a good mix of foods available and lots of vegetarian and gluten free choices. There is plenty of parking available and the staff were kind and polite. We did not use the outside space as i felt having already paid 300euro per night and then expecting to pay extra for being able to use the outside pool was quite ridiculous. The indoor spa was pleasant (very hot) and i did enjoy the fact that children were not allowed in the afternoon/evening. It would be nice if it was open a little later, the staff were very helpful. An option for larger bath robes would be helpful, as you are expected to get changed in your room and arrive in it - however if the robe was too small that was a little embarrassing for some. Alternatively, being able to get changed in the spa would also avoid this. All in all, it was an ok stay - would we return? maybe.

We had lunch in hotels restaurant. It was very little chouce. I had to choose fish from the meny. The dish was very little and only smal bits of unrecognizable like poison/acid. I couldn`t eat it. And my friend had to pay for it.
