Grand Hotel Casselbergh Bruges

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location. The only complaint is the throw at the end of the bed was very pilled and looked worn and out of place from the quality of the rest of the linens and the hotel overall. The parking garage is accessed by a lift that is very tight to access and navigate. The spa area is sublime! Truly magical and an incredible space to end the day. Unfortunately it doesn't open until 10am so we couldn't use it before our daily adventures. The bar is stunning! The view of the canal from our room was also lovely. I noticed everyone getting free drink coupons when they checked in but we did not. We paid full price in a view room direct through the hotel so I'm not sure what that was about.

An absolute dream of a hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect retreat. The building itself is grand and impressive, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The breakfast buffet was good, offering a solid selection, though I found it a bit overpriced. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Despite that, I would gladly return, as the overall experience was truly delightful!

Very beautiful hotel in a classic style. The interior is delightful and immerses you in the atmosphere of quiet aristocracy. Cozy, warm rooms. The view of the city is incredible. A stop for just one night decorated a visit to the city. Location Very convenient in the very center, you can walk to all the sights.
