Grand Hotel Castrocaro Longlife Formula

We went to the AC/DC concert in Imola and stayed in Grand hotel Castrocaro . The concert was well mind blowing . The hotel was lovely , its a hotel with spa and health clinic and while we had no time to enjoy all the hotels amenities I can say that the hotel is spotless , I think its one of the cleanest most well maintained hotels we ever stayed in. Nice rooms , great AC . The young lady in the reception was lovely , efficient and had a great smile . Private parking for our motorcycle was secured and the hotel gardens next to the parking are beautiful. Breakfast was rich , a great selection of cakes in a beautiful dining room , waiters were very attentive, and friendly. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and the restaurant is beautiful with a grand piano in the center , there is sitting outside and inside the AC was great. The food was delicious, the filetto di manzo a sangue , was perfectly prepared . The Spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino con cimette di rapa e calamari was delicious.

We just returned from 4 nights of pure relaxation and luxury! The spa & thermal hot waters were beyond amazing! The style & decorations of the hotel were a joy to walk through. The room was modern and super clean.The breakfast buffet was beautifully set up with lots of options. ( they even made a pistachio vegan cake) . The rooftop deck with jacuzzi tubs and lounge chairs was the cherry on top. We will surely be back. Extra tip:Alessio was the nicest waiter! Got the best massage by Andrea

Never before have I stayed in a building-let alone hotel-where I had the following noises in the night: loud electric noise from the AC, steps, voices and TV set from the neighbour on the upper floor room and traffic noise from the cars and motocycles passing by at high speed.
