My wife and I were so happy to have found this hotel. Many people have commented on how busy Sorrento is, but we found only peace at this place. Though I didn’t use the concierge as most, the entire staff was so helpful and went above and beyond. When I left my glasses at the pool, they were in the front waiting for me with my key. When we forgot to take off the do not disturb, I asked for a couple towels brought to our room while we went to the pool for 30 minutes. They cleaned our whole room. Such a beautiful property and the thoughtful service is something you don’t come across often. Breakfast was amazing. Can’t say enough of this hotel.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. I have been to Sorrento at least 10 times and always staying in town. This was even better than I expected. The grounds are so pristine, and the entire team is truly wonderful. The level of service and hospitality is felt in every interaction as you walk through the hotel. Giuseppe Di Pietro, the Chef Concierge, is also warm and exceptional in every way. Really making you feel comfortable and welcomed. I will absolutely return…Thank you

Hotel location is stunning. Staff is very friendly. There is occasional disconnect with understanding requests due to (English/Italian) language barrier, but typically minor details. Rooms are nice, I wouldn’t say modern, but nice and very clean. The rooms have an actual key and it’s attached to a very heavy key marker so typically keys are checked in with the front desk upon entering and exiting. Not convenient but also not a big hindrance. The boat that was heavily advertised on the website “wasn’t in the water yet” (May 18 - 25). Which is fine because It is a great location, with private dock & private beach/water access on a beautiful cliff-side view with restaurants directly connected overlooking the water. We liked that it’s not in the busy downtown area but you can easily walk there, about a mile away (15 min) for restaurants, shopping, and gelato. Decent gym, sauna, hot tub, spa. The pool is also very nice, 4m deep / 13 feet, with an outside bar where you can order food and drinks. A bit pricey but the food was good. One sandwich, avocado toast, and two non alcoholic drinks was $70. Overall a wonderful experience.
