Grand Hotel Continental

Grand Hotel was such a beautiful beachfront hotel. We had a view of the water and a quick walk to ample umbrella seats at the beach. It was a wonderful beach to visit during our trip to Italy! We were given an upgraded room that was available at no charge. Easy to walk to restaurants and delicious gelato. Great beach vibe with restaurants and bars right by the water!

Fantastic hotel, rooms basic but clean. Food excellent and staff fantastic. The location is excellent and easy access to Pisa and Florence. Hotel pool is enormous, 50 metres and the pool bar girls are great. Highly recommended

I'm currently staying at this hotel for 230 euros a night. At first glance, it seems like a nice hotel, but... I had to shave in cold water this morning.The refrigerator in the room is not working, and the staff downplays the issue, saying it is a water cooler (even though it is not working) Door security devices torn off inside.Breakfast was a shock - scrambled eggs from a carton, packaged cold cuts, a smell of juices and staleness. The pool was nice but sad, no music or towels. This was my impression after the first day of my stay. At this price of 230 euros per night, it's a Gankster.
