Grand Hotel De La Ville

Just returned from a 4 night stay here while visiting Sorrento. Everything about the hotel was as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The daily breakfast in the garden was amazing. The rooms were spotless and serviced daily, returning the room to “check-in” quality. Would definitely stay here again when we return. It is just a short walk to downtown Sorrento. Massimo was our bellman and he was such a great guy, always attentive whether waiting on a car service or delivering luggage to our room. This is a hotel that makes you feel special.

Amazing few days in Sorrento at the hotel. Great location, beautiful views, room was superb with sea view and balcony ! Grand lobby and bar were grand and you felt like you were in the 50s. Bed linens were crisp Italian cotton . Catello and Frederica were top notch with customer service . Definitely recommend.

Everyone who is a part of Hotel De La Ville made our stay very comfortable, the gym was adequate and had new equipment when we visited Sorrento, the pool was clean and towels were provided in both the ground floor main pool and the rooftop pool, the views from the rooftop are exquisite, the food was excellent and as I mentioned, everyone from the hotel were very helpful and the restaurant had excellent people working for them who would greet with a smile always. Such a nice hotel, I cannot have any complaints because everyone is excellent! Grazie mille!
