Grand Hotel Derin

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. For a hotel in its category, it truly stands out in many positive ways, especially for families with children. Kid-Friendly Atmosphere: The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. My children loved the outdoor pools and the water slide, which provided hours of entertainment. The staff is warm and welcoming, and most of them speak English, making communication easy and pleasant. Dining Experience: The food at the hotel is fresh and varied, catering even to picky eaters. There are ample options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring that everyone in the family can find something they enjoy. Additionally, the convenience of grabbing a snack like fries, burgers, or pizza right by the pool was a huge plus. This meant we didn't have to change clothes and go inside for a meal, which is perfect for keeping the kids happy and on the go. Amenities and View: Our room had a lovely balcony view overlooking an orange garden. Areas for Improvement: The only downsides were the prevalence of Russian guests, which might affect the overall atmosphere for some, and the loud music that played until midnight. If you're a light sleeper or prefer an earlier bedtime, this might be a bit disruptive. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and comfortable vacation spot.

Budget Hotel. Dont expect luxury here. The GOOD: Kitchen staff was great, 2 bartender girls at the main pool bar was great! Hotel safe, full of cameras, take the main house rooms its better. The BAD: Food is the same everyday, Sea is not 200m but 400m from the hotel gate to the beach stairs, WI-Fi speed was the worst of all hotels I been in Turkey, also the lift is so slooooow, better just take stairs.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a musty odor. The bathroom was even worse – mold in the shower and broken fixtures made it clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The service was equally terrible. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging issues and offering no solutions. My requests for basic amenities, like fresh towels, were ignored. On top of that, the noise level at night was unbearable, with thin walls allowing every sound from the hallways and neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep. For the price I paid, I expected at least a decent stay, but this was far from it. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel unless you're okay with poor service, unclean facilities, and a lack of basic comfort.
