Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski

During my recent travels through Italy and Switzerland, I stayed at numerous hotels, but none compared to the exceptional experience I had here. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed—not just by the beautiful facility, but especially by the amazing staff. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping, was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk team was always welcoming and efficient, while the concierge went out of their way to provide excellent recommendations and assistance. It was clear that every staff member took pride in making guests feel comfortable and valued. The facility itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with every amenity I could have hoped for. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a true haven after long days of travel. Having stayed at many hotels throughout Italy and Switzerland on this trip, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out above the rest. The warmth and dedication of the staff made my stay truly memorable. Typically, when I travel for both business and personal reasons, I look for Four Seasons Hotels and Ritz Carlton properties. After this experience, I will absolutely be on the lookout for Kempinski hotels as well—the staff here have set a new standard for hospitality. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so special!

Beautiful lakeside hotel with excellent service. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean with mountain views. The breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and the staff was very attentive. The spa area is charming and very relaxing after long walks in the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and were very relaxed, we would love to return.
