We are so pleased with our time at Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Brotteaux. They are so friendly and kind. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely knowledgable about the area and things to do. I did get a few pairs of jeans sent for cleaning and they were very efficient. I did end up bringing home the cleaning bag in my suitcase. I feel so bad for this. I was exhausted and didn't remember putting it in there, thinking we left it in the room. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Lovely staff, great location for visiting the 6th arr. and the city centre, clean modern rooms.
Pretty basic room was ok for one night. Reception staff friendly and helpful managed to converse and understand each other with my poor French language skills. There is no parking included with this hotel so if you have a car you will need to park in streets nearby.
