The Grand Hotel Di Lecce boasts a highly convenient location, making it an ideal choice for a short stay. Our room, though compact, was exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for comfort and convenience. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection, while not extravagant, offered a sufficient variety to cater to different tastes and preferences. The quality was satisfactory, and the service was prompt and well-organized. What truly stood out was the staff’s professionalism and warmth. Every interaction was met with friendliness, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. While there are minor areas for improvement, our overall experience was highly enjoyable and memorable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a well-located, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Not a 4* hotel any more. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom shower fixtures were falling apart and my morning shower flowed hot then cold then hot again……. Bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. Breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs looked and smelled like they were cooked yesterday. Specially made coffee was atrocious. Staff while nice enough seemed to have an I don’t really care attitude.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Carpeted rooms have stains and smell. Hotel only had one iron for all rooms, the iron didn’t work. AC didn’t work for two nights during our stay. Towels were harsh. Breakfast is a large spread of mediocre food. Slow elevator. 2 stars for having a nice pool, good location, and staff were nice. Only 6 parking spots available, be sure to reserve a spot in advance if needed.
