Grand Hotel Duomo

We had a very good stay and what an amazing view!!! If you want to stay in the center of Pisa in a hotel with an amazing service, very kind staff always happy to help and that you can live with the fact that the hotel is globally a bit outdated, no hesitation, you are at the right place! Special thanks to amazing man at reception (I don't know his name) but he is so kind and willing to help that I can only highlight it!

A really great place to stay for all attractions in Pisa. The Terrace Bar is great with superb views of the tower and across the city. All the staff are superb and very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was very clean and sufficient for our needs. The noise from outside went well into the early hours of the morning but that is expected in a central location. We would recommend this hotel for future guests.

I would not expect this to be a 4 star hotel. It is very basic and old. The bathroom is bit moldy. The room is very small. The walls are not good isolated so you can hear your neighbors. Breakfast is also very basic. Also the wifi is not working in every room. The beds are very comfy tho and the location is perfect. Enjoy the rooftop terrace for a drink.
