Grand Hotel Empire Frankfurt

The hotel has a convenient location near the main train station and offers spacious. However, the service was disappointing — the front desk staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. My first room had a bad odor and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Although I reported it, the response was slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait for a technician before getting a new room. The second room was better but still not thoroughly cleaned; I found a stained towel and some trash under the bed. The sauna was not ready at the requested time, and breakfast was average. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvements in service and cleanliness.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms are really outdated and don't feel clean. I first got a room that had literal shit stains in toilet, got another one that was cleaner but also didn't feel tidy enough with some old stains that would've required more attention throughout the years. Definitely would not visit again, only spent a night here because our flights were delayed and travel agency got us this hotel. Staff was really friendly with me (maybe cause I complained about the dirty room) so it's a shame their hotel is so bad.

Don’t stay here at all.I visited this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the breakfast. The food looked old and stale, and the taste was even worse. It did not seem fresh at all. I expected better quality and hygiene from a hotel. Definitely not worth it for the price they charge. The room was also very bad. It was not clean, the bedsheets and towels looked dirty, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Please stay any other hotel in frankfurt instead of Grand hotel.
