Grand Hotel Europa Palace

Me and my mom had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful and homey hotel. We were only here for three days, and it was truly the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is amazing and very welcoming to all, the views are exquisite, and the food is absolutely delicious. We aren’t usually the type to eat at hotel as we like to expand our palettes, but this hotels food was different, and very cultural. Their cappuccinos are also a must have when having breakfast in the morning (with an amazing view). They were also so kind as to upgrade us to a suite as it was our first stay and first time in Italy. It is also a close walking distance to the heart of sorrento, about five minutes from the most amazing shops! Truly the best and most cherished moment of our trip to Sorrento Italy.

We had the privilege of staying here last week. The hotel had just reopened after undergoing a stunning renovation. The newly refurbished bedrooms are exquisite, with every detail carefully considered and beautifully executed. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. We encountered a small issue with payment due to a delay from our travel agent, and they handled it with patience, kindness and complete professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were incredible, from the reception team, to the housekeeping staff , to the breakfast staff. We were always greeted with a smile and the service was amazing. A truly faultless experience from start to finish and we look forward to returning. Many thanks!

Grand Hotel Europa in Sorrento proved to be a delightful choice for our family getaway. While some family members encountered an issue with the AC, our accommodations were comfortable throughout our stay. The design of the hotel gives a distinctive charm, blending old-world elegance with a quaint Italian allure. Our King ocean-view suite was a highlight! We had two balconies with stunning views—one overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the other the marina, ooh la la. The hotel's central location was ideal, placing us within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants and bars. The lobby bar,, next to the gramophone, had a sophisticated ambiance, although I will say that my experiences with ordering iced coffee were occasionally kind of a funny experience—each time seemed to yield a different interpretation. Breakfast was a comprehensive affair with an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and a well-attended omelette station. Service throughout our stay was attentive and anticipatory, ensuring our needs were consistently met. Overall, Grand Hotel Europa provided a charming and memorable experience, characterized by its picturesque views, convenient location, and attentive service. It's a recommended choice if you're seeking a blend of comfort, beauty and character in Sorrento.
